We're launching a brand-new Beach Bar on the sea front at the Brighton i360 and we're building a team of brilliant servers who know how to keep the good times flowing - and guests coming back for more.
This isn't just tray-carrying and table-clearing. This is about presence, personality, and delivering stand-out moments on the seafront. Whether it's the perfect serve, a witty comeback, or just knowing when someone needs that next round - you'll be on it.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning your section and delivering warm, confident service
- Taking orders with clarity, energy, and maybe a little flair
- Knowing the menu inside-out (and upselling like a pro)
- Keeping the vibe high and the floor running smooth
- Being the face of the bar for every guest - first impressions matter
