We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy Bar Manager to oversee the bar operation, lead the team and help deliver one of Brighton's most exciting hospitality experiences.
The Role
As Bars Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of multiple bar operations across the venue, leading the team through busy services while ensuring exceptional drinks, service and guest experience at all times. You'll be responsible for:
