Hidden Society: The 2026 Vision is coming to Fitzrovia. We're opening a new cocktail bar rooted in quality, intention, and considered hospitality. This is a venue designed for people who care deeply about craft, standards, and how guests feel when they sit at the bar.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- The Visionary & The Face
- Acting as the "Business Owner," taking full accountability for the brand's reputation and commercial health.
- Being the primary "Host" of the Society, ensuring the atmosphere is a living embodiment of our sanctuary.
- Protecting the "Why": Ensuring every decision made aligns with our mission of "Intellectual Warmth."
- People & Culture
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining a team aligned with quality-led hospitality.
- Coaching and leading a specialized management trio (Bar Manager "Sensei" and Head Bartender "Artist"), to lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability.
- Building a culture where standards are upheld through pride, not pressure.
- Keeping the team inspired and fostering a culture of professional pride.

- Maintaining exceptional standards across service, drinks, cleanliness, atmosphere, and presentation.
