About Night Zookeeper

Night Zookeeper is an award-winning creative writing program and educational games brand for children aged 6–12. We help children build confidence through imagination by creating stories, characters, and worlds of their own.

The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You will work closely with the product, content, and marketing teams to design high-quality visuals across our apps, games, and marketing channels. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and cares deeply about designing engaging, child-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visual assets for apps and educational games
  • Create illustrations, icons, and environments
  • Contribute to UI and UX design for digital products
  • Produce marketing and promotional graphics
  • Support new product launches and feature updates
  • Collaborate with developers, writers, and product managers

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Interest in games and products for children
  • Love of illustration and visual storytelling
  • Understanding of UI and UX design principles
  • Ability to work from briefs and iterate on feedback
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
