We’re recruiting a Programme Assistant on behalf of a well-established, values-led charitable trust dedicated to addressing the root causes of conflict and injustice through impactful, grant-funded programmes.

The Role
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will provide high-quality administrative and programme support to ensure the smooth delivery of a busy grant programme. This is a varied and rewarding position, offering the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders and contribute to projects with real social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating meetings, including arranging logistics, preparing papers and taking minutes
- Supporting grant administration processes, including tracking applications and maintaining accurate databases
- Preparing programme documentation, reports and correspondence
- Managing communications with stakeholders, partners and funded organisations
- Assisting with financial administration, including processing invoices and payments
- Supporting events, consultations and wider programme activity as required
About You
We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination or programme support role
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills, including experience working with databases and Microsoft Office applications
- An interest in, or experience of, the charity, voluntary or social impact sector would be advantageous
