Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a genuinely varied role where you can make a real impact? As they continue to expand, they are looking to appoint a People Advisor who will play a key role in supporting the business and shaping its people agenda. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this is a true generalist position offering broad exposure across the entire employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to broaden their HR experience. Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the business. Managing a wide range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters. Supporting recruitment activities from attraction through to onboarding. Delivering and supporting Learning & Development initiatives. Assisting with organisational change projects, including TUPE processes where required. Reviewing and developing HR policies, procedures and people initiatives. Supporting the Head of HR with strategic HR projects as the business continues its growth journey. You'll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Previous experience in a People Advisor or HR Advisor role. A background within professional services or another fast-paced, commercial environment. Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing cases independently. Exposure to recruitment and Learning & Development activities. Based in York or Scarborough, with hybrid working available. Reporting directly to an experienced Head of HR, offering excellent mentorship and exposure. A genuinely broad generalist role with opportunities to develop across all areas of HR. Competitive salary and benefits package.
