This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, values-led UK business at a pivotal moment in its journey. With a new group strategy about to be launched and a clear focus on evolving its people approach, the business is moving towards a more strategic, commercially aligned HR model. We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a busy manufacturing and supply operation of around 200 employees. Working closely with a new Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping the people agenda during a period of change bringing stability, confidence and a practical HR approach on the ground. If you enjoy being close to the business, influencing leaders and making a difference quickly, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and opportunity. This is a hands-on, visible HR role where you’ll build strong relationships across operations and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with operational leaders to drive performance, engagement and accountability
- Handling a broad range of complex employee relations matters with confidence
- Managing relationships within a unionised environment in a pragmatic, solutions-focused way
- Coaching and empowering line managers to take ownership of people management
- Supporting the rollout of a new business strategy at site level
- Contributing to wider HR transformation, bringing ideas and improvements to ways of working

You’re a confident, down-to-earth HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational setting and enjoys building relationships across the business. You’ll bring:
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or a strong Senior HR Advisor ready to step up
