Nigel Wright Group is delighted to have been engaged by a fast growing manufacturing client, to appoint an Interim Commercial Coordinator to assist with the development of their commercial systems and processes. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career in a dynamic commercial environment and there is the prospect of the role becoming permanent with high performance.

Role Profile

  • Providing direct commercial administration support to the CEO and c-suite.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform capture planning and sales strategy.
  • Support coordination of customer meetings, events, and exhibitions.
  • Track tender portals and relevant frameworks for new opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of information for bids and client responses.
  • Monitor contract progress and customer satisfaction post-award.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of business development tools and processes.
  • Some customer facing time in market, majority of time on site at South Wales HQ, East side of Swansea.

Person Specification

  • Commutable to the South Wales HQ near Swansea.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to swiftly pick up the usage for new CRM systems.
  • Strong numeracy and data skills.
  • Sharp, bright and professional, with an inquisitive nature and the desire to build knowledge through exposure to senior peers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders at various hierarchical levels.
