I am delighted to be working with a fast-growing, private equity-backed business at a pivotal point in its journey. This is a hands-on role for a creative and commercially minded Digital Designer who thrives on producing engaging, high-performing design across digital channels. Working closely with marketing, brand and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, enhancing customer experiences and helping evolve the brand across multiple touchpoints.
The Role:
- You'll combine strong visual design skills with an understanding of user experience, customer engagement and digital performance, creating work that not only looks great but delivers measurable results.
Digital Design & Campaign Delivery:
- Create digital assets across email, CRM, social media, websites, landing pages and paid campaigns.
- Design with user experience, accessibility and conversion in mind.
- Develop creative variations to support testing and optimisation.
- Translate campaign objectives into effective visual solutions.
Collaboration & Delivery:
- Partner with marketing, content, CRM and brand teams to deliver campaigns.
