The role;
Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead the HR agenda across the UK, including a major operational manufacturing site, guiding the organisation through a period of significant change while ensuring employee engagement, organisational performance and business continuity remain at the forefront.
This role extends well beyond traditional HR leadership.
You will be instrumental in building local capability, shaping future people strategy and establishing the frameworks required to support the site.
The role will also work in close partnership with European stakeholders.

- Trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team on all people related matters.
