The Role: The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy across all social channels. You will be responsible for growing reach and engagement by creating unique educational and entertaining content. You will also monitor performance and manage community interactions. You must have an excellent understanding of social media marketing and an in-depth knowledge of algorithms. You will ideally have experience working with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads and LinkedIn. Understanding and working within brand guidelines is essential, as is ensuring our messaging is aligned and bespoke to each channel. We are looking for a pro-active individual to own our social media presence, with the opportunity to grow the role alongside your success. The Person: 3+ years experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills, a sociable and outgoing individual. Someone that enjoys working in a busy environment, liaising across teams and working within a supportive and progressive team. Someone that can bring forth a range of ideas, progressive and thought provoking content and initiatives. Campaign and delivery experience is fundamental to this role. The ability to work with autonomy and drive the social media strategy!
