Nigel Wright are delighted to be working exclusively with a fast-growing, creative marketing agency that helps brands tell their stories, build communities, and drive results through powerful digital & PR strategies. Working with a diverse range of clients—from start-ups to big brands— looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team.

This role will give you the chance to truly own and manage all content and social for the agency!

The Role:

Develop and execute creative content strategies tailored to each platform

Create high-quality copy and content that align with brand voice and goals

Stay on top of social trends, memes, and platform updates

Collaborate with designers, strategists, and clients to bring campaigns to life

Analyse performance metrics and optimise content accordingly

Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts

The Person:

Excellent writing and storytelling skills

A deep understanding of social media platforms and their audiences

Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a keen eye for detail

3+ years of experience in social media content creation (agency experience a plus)

Tenacity and drive to fulfil clients needs and brand goals

This role is for a creative, progressively minded individual and one that will grow and develop over time.

Predominantly on-site, flexible hours and time of in lieu for any out of hours work.
