We’re working with a fantastic, purpose-driven organisation to recruit a People & Culture Advisor on a 6-month FTC. Act as a trusted advisor to managers on a range of employee relations matters, providing practical, balanced advice Partner with stakeholders to identify development needs and support performance improvement Work collaboratively across the People function to ensure a consistent and high-quality service Provide insights and data to support decision-making and continuous improvement across the business Proven experience in a generalist HR/People Advisor role, with strong employee relations exposure Confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels Strong knowledge of UK employment law and how to apply this in a commercial way Comfortable working in a changing environment and keen to be part of improvement and transformation activity This is a great opportunity for an HR/People Advisor who enjoys being close to the business and wants expose to change, projects and stakeholder engagement. Please note, as this is initially a 6 month FTC, you will need to be available at short notice. This role offers lots of flexibility with working patterns currently 2 days in the office.
