2-month FTC (strong likelihood of extension). We’re supporting a leading organisation within Financial Services who are embarking on a major transformation programme, focused on rethinking how the business operates through technology, data and AI. This is a greenfield opportunity — not incremental improvement, but a chance to redesign critical business processes from first principles and shape how work gets done in the future.

What you'll be doing? As Senior Process Design Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end process re-engineering, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll:

  • Redesign key processes from a blank sheet of paper
  • Apply structured methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma) to simplify and optimise
  • Define future-state processes, controls, risks and data requirements
  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure solutions are feasible and deliverable
  • Act as the design authority, bridging business, data and technology

This is a highly visible role, working directly with C-suite stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

What you need:

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end process redesign in complex organisations
  • Strong background in transformation, operational excellence or process improvement
  • Hands-on experience applying Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
  • Confidence operating in ambiguous environments and shaping direction
  • Ability to challenge stakeholders and drive decision-making
  • Experience working within regulated or complex environments
