Are you a strategic B2B marketer with a passion for driving growth and building trusted partnerships? Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead acquisition and retention initiatives within a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation. You’ll play a pivotal role in doubling their B2B business over the next five years. Working closely with Sales, you’ll deliver sector-specific and account-based marketing campaigns, create impactful sales enablement tools, and lead events and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with ambitious growth targets
- Deliver account-based and sector-specific campaigns
- Utilise a mix of direct, intermediary, and partner marketing channels
- Create sales enablement content and tools to support client conversations
- Lead B2B events and thought leadership initiatives
- Build strong relationships with Sales and Product teams
- Manage, lead and develop a team of four
