12-month FTC (strong likelihood of extension). We’re partnering with a growing organisation within Financial Services undergoing a significant transformation programme, focused on embedding new ways of working enabled by AI, data and modern technology. This role is critical in ensuring that redesigned solutions are successfully deployed, adopted and embedded across the business.

What you'll be doing?

As Senior Change Lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end change strategy, ensuring new processes and ways of working are effectively transitioned into BAU. You’ll:

  • Define and deliver a comprehensive change strategy
  • Lead operational readiness, including:
    • Training
    • SOPs
  • Manage transition from current to future state (including phased implementation)
  • Drive adoption, behaviour change and engagement across the organisation
  • Define and track adoption metrics and benefits realisation
  • Partner closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

  • Strong track record delivering change within complex transformation programmes
  • Experience driving adoption and behaviour change, not just communications
  • Hands-on use of structured methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci)
  • Experience managing:
    • Readiness
    • Training
    • Transition to BAU
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operational teams
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Play a key role in ensuring transformation delivers real business impact
