Role Overview

We are seeking an initiative-taking and meticulous individual to undertake a key role in supporting the franchisee partners and area sales surveyors. You will play a vital part in ensuring the infield teams comply with company standards and industry regulations. You will also provide essential support to help drive performance and enable both franchisee partners and area sales surveyors to achieve maximum sales revenue. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support that directly contributes to the success of our sales revenue and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for franchisee partners and area sales surveyors, answering queries, providing solutions and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with franchisee partners, area sales surveyors, fostering a collaborative environment and serving as an advocate for their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve systems and processes.
  • Administer system changes on time, ensuring all systems reflect accurate information (including order amendments/ urgent door requirements/cancellations/availability (sickness, holiday, starters/leavers).
  • Work with the infield teams to reduce incorrect measures.
  • Maintain our franchisee and area sales surveyor territories and working patterns using Microsoft Dynamics, challenging any changes which may reduce capacity/revenue contribution.
  • Contribute towards despatch and sales revenue, leveraging strong relationships to influence earlier order placement and work with our operations team to aid dispatched revenue.

The Person

  • Previous experience in an energetic, fast-paced sales environment in either a support or administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to review data carefully and flag discrepancies or potential issues for further investigation.
