About the Role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and have hands-on experience with Sage 200c? We’re looking for a Sage Support Consultant to join our clients dynamic support team, providing first-line assistance to clients across a range of Sage products and third-party add-ons.

Salary: Up to 40k

What you'll be doing:

  • Responding to and resolving support queries via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Managing and prioritising support tickets to meet SLAs.
  • Investigating data issues and producing reports.
  • Staying up to date with the latest software updates and patches.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify training and technology improvement opportunities.
  • Promoting best practices and continuous improvement across the department.

What you'll bring:

  • Essential: Experience with Sage 200c and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
