I’m working on a brilliant opportunity for a PR Manager to help shape and amplify this consumer services brand’s presence across the UK and global markets. This is a role for someone who loves storytelling, knows how to build meaningful media relationships, and understands how PR, social and partnerships work together to strengthen reputation and drive brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running proactive and reactive PR activity: pitching, managing media enquiries, writing press materials and securing meaningful coverage.
  • Overseeing global social channels: shaping tone of voice, building content themes and growing engagement through consistent storytelling.
  • Managing brand partnerships, influencers and sponsorships that broaden reach and deliver tangible value.
  • Developing campaigns that support product launches, storytelling and wider marketing priorities.
  • Working closely with Creative, eCommerce and Product teams to build compelling narratives and bring campaigns to life.
  • Monitoring sentiment, handling issues calmly and supporting crisis/reputation management when needed.
  • Reporting on PR, social and partnership performance, using data and insight to improve future activity.

Key Requirements

  • Strong PR experience and the ability to build and maintain journalist and influencer relationships.
  • Confident writing press releases, social copy and brand‑led narratives.
  • Understanding how to grow social communities through tone, creativity and consistency.
  • Ability to identify and manage partnerships that elevate the brand.
  • Calm under pressure and capable of handling reputational issues with sound judgement.
  • Collaborative working style across creative, digital and commercial teams.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
