The Opportunity

In this regional HR leadership role, the People Partner is instrumental in embedding a robust people plan across a designated area, driving recruitment, retention, engagement, and development to deliver exceptional business performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partnering with regional leaders to implement effective people strategies aligned with business goals
  • Coaching and supporting managers through all stages of the employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management
  • Leading on ER case management with a balanced, commercially sound, and legally compliant approach
  • Driving employee engagement through regular surveys, action plans, and meaningful communication
  • Supporting key initiatives including leadership development, talent pipelines, DEI, wellbeing, and recognition
  • Ensuring people compliance – from right to work to minimum wage legislation – is consistently upheld
  • Interpreting and utilising people data to improve site performance and influence business KPIs
