The Role
- A field‑led role focused on developing on‑trade and wholesale accounts, using festivals as a commercial lever.
- Build and grow accounts across On Trade, wholesalers (e.g. LWC), free trade and convenience.
- Use festivals and events to engage customers, host key accounts and drive local sales.
- Be on the ground at events ensuring execution is right and POS is on point.
- Spend most of your time in territory opening doors and strengthening relationships.
- Turn activity into listings, rate of sale and distribution growth.
