Fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing manufacturer who is looking to appoint a Marketing communications executive to join its in house marketing team and support the delivery of high-quality, consistent marketing activity across both internal and external channels. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys creating content, managing campaigns, and working closely with a range of stakeholders across the business.

About the role

You’ll play a key part in delivering marketing campaigns and driving content across multiple channels, helping to build consistency, visibility, and engagement. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating engaging content across blogs, email, PR, case studies, and social media (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, coordinating content, assets, and timelines
  • Managing day‑to‑day social media activity, including planning, posting, and monitoring performance
  • Writing and executing email campaigns, newsletters, and automation journeys
  • Producing internal communications content including company updates and newsletters
  • Supporting ongoing projects including brand and internal communications initiatives
  • Working closely with product, engineering, HR, and wider teams to source and shape content
  • Liaising with external agencies where required

This is a varied role with a strong emphasis on content creation and delivery, with the opportunity to bring structure and consistency to marketing activity.

Experience / Skills

We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in marketing communications and a strong foundation in B2B environments:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing communications or content‑focused role
  • Background within B2B, ideally in a technical, manufacturing, engineering or SaaS environment
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and accurate content across multiple formats
  • Experience delivering digital content including email, social, and web
  • Comfortable using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), email tools (e.g. HubSpot), and social platforms
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Confident working with stakeholders across different functions
