Our client is offering an opportunity to take the lead at a flagship manufacturing site during a period of significant growth, investment and operational transformation. This well-established FMCG manufacturer is a leader in its category, with a strong reputation in production and specialist product expertise. Its UK site plays a critical role within a broader European group and is recognised internally as a centre of excellence—combining technical capability with ambitious plans to scale and modernise.

The role involves reporting to the CEO and taking full accountability for site operations—leading a large team across production, engineering, maintenance, health & safety and engineering.

You will:
