We’re supporting a leading organisation within Financial Services who are embarking on a major transformation programme, focused on rethinking how the business operates through technology, data and AI. This is a greenfield opportunity — not incremental improvement, but a chance to redesign critical business processes from first principles and shape how work gets done in the future.

As Senior Process Design Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end process re-engineering, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll:

  • Redesign key processes from a blank sheet of paper
  • Apply structured methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma) to simplify and optimise
  • Define future-state processes, controls, risks and data requirements
  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure solutions are feasible and deliverable
  • Act as the design authority, bridging business, data and technology

This is a highly visible role, working directly with C-suite stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

What you need:

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end process redesign in complex organisations
  • Strong background in transformation, operational excellence or process improvement
  • Hands-on experience applying Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
  • Confidence operating in ambiguous environments and shaping direction
  • Ability to challenge stakeholders and drive decision-making
  • Experience working within regulated or complex environments
