Role Profile:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for cloud, data and AI consulting services across the UK.
- Identify, qualify and close new business while building and maintaining a strong pipeline via proactive outreach, warm introductions, partner activity and events.
- Lead the full consulting sales cycle, including discovery, solution shaping, proposals, SOW creation, negotiation and close.
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure solutions and roadmaps meet client needs.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities to expand value and deepen relationships.
- Provide accurate forecasting, insights and performance reporting to senior leadership, contributing to a high performing sales culture.
- Operate effectively in a hybrid working model with UK wide client travel and periodic attendance at the head office.
Person Specification:
- Demonstrated experience in B2B technology or consulting sales with proven success selling Azure, cloud or data focused consulting services.
- Strong grasp of cloud architecture and data fundamentals, able to translate complex customer challenges into clear consulting solutions.
- Experienced working with UK mid market and enterprise customers and confident managing the full end to end sales lifecycle independently.
- Credible communicator at senior stakeholder level with a consultative, insight led approach to building relationships.
- Target driven, commercially aware, creative in solving client problems and adaptable to changing customer needs.
This role has a strong hybrid working pattern with one day per week in the Newcastle office.
