Delighted to be working exclusively with a global provider of innovative consumer products, operating since the 1970s and serving customers across more than 155 countries. The business is known for creating high‑quality, functional items that help consumers navigate key developmental or lifestyle stages and the company focuses on combining innovation with safety to enhance overall well‑being.
This is a pivotal role in a progressive marketing team — leading the charge on all off‑site digital activity, with a major focus on:
- Organic social media
- Influencers & UGC
- Digitally‑executed brand partnerships
- Paid social (optional depending on your background)
The bulk of this job is social-first — shaping and scaling the brand's presence not just on own channels but around the internet through creator‑led content, partnerships, cultural moments and unexpected ideas. Whether you’re stepping up or already senior, this will give you true ownership and creative freedom alongside accountability.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who isn’t just “good at social” but lives and breathes cultural trends and emerging creators.
- Fresh thinking in how brands show up.
- Ideas that stand out without relying on big budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the organic social strategy — including content planning, creation (with the in‑house Visualiser), scheduling, community oversight, reporting and growth.
- Lead or oversee paid social activity — from briefing and optimisation to reporting.
- Manage all UGC creators and influencers — from sourcing and gifting to briefing, contracting, approvals and performance reporting.
- Develop and execute digitally-led brand partnerships that bring new audiences.
- Support go‑to‑market launches, pulling channel plans and results together for integrated campaigns.
The Person:
This is a great role for you if:
- Have a proven track record running high‑growth social for a consumer brand.
- Know how to build social‑first content that performs.
- Have experience with influencers, UGC and creators.
- Are highly organised and analytical — but still creatively driven.
- Can work proactively, autonomously and with plenty of hustle.
- Enjoy solving problems and thinking differently about brand expression.
- Thrive in environments where you get freedom to shape things your way.
