The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve enquiries, provide information and ensure a positive experience across multiple communication channels.
You'll play a key role within a busy Customer Operations team, taking ownership of customer queries and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
