The Opportunity

Middlesbrough (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

£52,996 per annum

2-Year Fixed Term Contract (potential to convert to permanent)

We’re working with a large, forward-thinking organisation currently undertaking significant transformation across its digital, HR and Finance functions, and they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their Change and Transformation team. This is a key role within a portfolio of high-profile programmes, offering the opportunity to influence complex change initiatives from early discovery through to delivery and benefits realisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis activity across complex transformation projects
  • Run discovery phases, define requirements and support solution design
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive clarity and alignment
  • Map current and future state processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support business cases, benefits tracking and value realisation
  • Collaborate with project, technical and change teams to ensure successful delivery

What you need

  • Proven experience operating as a Senior Business Analyst within complex environments
  • Strong experience across the full BA lifecycle (discovery, requirements, process, benefits)
  • Experience supporting system implementations, particularly within HR or Finance, is advantageous
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative transformation environment
