We are partnering with a high growth consumer focused manufacturing business that is investing heavily in its leadership, infrastructure and finance capability. Following a period of significant change and transformation, the business is now focused on building a modern, value adding finance function aligned to its operational scale and growth ambitions. As part of this journey, the organisation has created a new FP&A Manager role, designed to strengthen forward looking insight, improve decision support and embed stronger commercial partnering across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles, ensuring clarity, accuracy and robust assumptions.
- Production of high quality monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis, KPIs and clear narrative for senior stakeholders.
- Acting as a trusted business partner to operational and commercial teams, supporting decision making across manufacturing, supply chain and commercial functions.
- Development and enhancement of financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment cases and scenario planning.
- Improving the quality, relevance and consistency of management information, moving the finance function towards a more forward looking and commercially focused approach.
- Supporting the design and implementation of improved financial controls, planning processes and reporting frameworks as the business continues to evolve.
This role will suit someone who enjoys operating close to the business, influencing outcomes and building capability, rather than working within a purely reporting led environment.

- Proven experience in an FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering role.
