This is a genuine “build and scale” role, you will have full responsibility for developing the UK market – shaping strategy, winning key retail partnerships, and ultimately creating a significant and sustainable revenue stream. This is not about maintaining existing business; it requires someone with the credibility and track record to open doors, win listings and establish distribution across key UK retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a clear go-to-market strategy and executing it.
  • Winning new business and securing national listings.
  • Creating momentum quickly through a mix of independent and larger accounts.
  • Acting as the senior UK lead, with full commercial ownership and autonomy.

This is a high-impact role with the scope to build a team over time and play a central role in the long-term success of the business in the UK.

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly credible, commercially driven with experience selling into UK retail (B2B).
  • A track record of supplying products into the home – for example furniture, flooring, blinds, kitchens, bathrooms or similar categories.
  • Existing relationships with key buyers and decision-makers within UK retail.
  • Proven success in winning new national or multi-site accounts.
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach – someone comfortable building from the ground up.
  • The ability to operate at senior level whilst still being close to the detail.
  • Likely operating currently as a National Account Director, Head of Sales or Commercial Director, and looking for a role with greater ownership and long-term impact.

Why this role?

  • A rare opportunity to build a UK business from the ground up.
  • Backed by an established international organisation with strong growth ambitions.
  • High-quality, differentiated product offering in a growing category.
  • Real autonomy and the chance to shape strategy, partnerships and future team structure.
