Are you ready to take ownership of driving online growth across multiple markets? We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale direct-to-consumer (DTC) and marketplace operations in the UK and key European regions.
The Role:
- Own the local E-Commerce strategy – You’ll be responsible for everything that happens in your market, from planning to execution.
- Drive demand planning with high accuracy and align with group targets.
- Create and deliver impactful sales campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop marketplace operations – a strategic growth pillar for the business.
- Work closely with partners and dealer networks to ensure seamless Click & Collect experiences.
- Enhance customer experience by supporting service teams and reducing contact rates.
- Support operational excellence, including order and inventory management.
The Person:
- ~3+ years’ experience in E-Commerce (DTC or marketplace).
- ~ Knowledge of email and affiliate marketing.
- ~ Familiarity with E-Commerce and CMS platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sitecore a plus).
- ~ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- ~ A proactive, “can-do” attitude with creativity and flexibility.
This is a remote role with occasional travel to site.
