Dealer Support Administrator – Temporary
- Location: Kirkstall, Leeds
- Contract: Temporary, 9 November 2026 – 9 January 2027
- Hours: Full-time, fully onsite
We are recruiting for a Dealer Support Administrator to join a busy team in Kirkstall, Leeds, supporting a high-volume contract over the Christmas period.
This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are highly accurate, organised and comfortable working through detailed administrative tasks. The role is entirely administration-based, with no telephone work involved.
The role
Working as part of the Dealer Support team, you will be responsible for:
- Processing and checking contract documentation
- Reviewing information and identifying errors or discrepancies
- Ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
- Working through a high volume of administrative tasks
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Following established processes to ensure work is completed accurately

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong administration and data-checking skills
- Confidence working with detailed information
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy
- The ability to work full-time and onsite in Kirkstall, Leeds
Selection process
Suitable candidates will be asked to complete a short 10-minute accuracy and error-checking assessment, with a score of 70% or above required to progress.
Successful candidates will also be required to complete the necessary DBS and five-year background checks before starting.
