You will support the sales team, oversee day‑to‑day activity, and use your commercial insight to drive revenue and maintain high service standards.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Oversee commercial performance, including pricing, margins, and trade agreements\\n\\n * Support the sales team to deliver strong customer outcomes\\n\\n * Build and maintain relationships with regular trade customers\\n\\n * Re‑engage customers who have been less active and identify new opportunities\\n\\n * Provide commercially sound decision‑making supported by financial and operational data\\n\\n * Work with senior leadership on ongoing commercial direction and business improvement\\n\\nIdeal Candidate:\\n\\n * Experience in a commercial or sales leadership role within a technical, trade, or product‑based environment\\n\\n * Strong pricing, negotiation, and commercial decision‑making skills\\n\\n * Confident working with data to inform commercial choices\\n\\n * Natural relationship‑builder with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels\\n\\n * Enjoys being hands‑on in a customer‑facing setting\\n\\n * Professional commercial or procurement qualification (MCIPS, WorldCC/IACCM) is beneficial
