The Opportunity

Drinks | On Trade Growth | Field Based

This is not a desk job. This is for someone who wants to be out in the market — in pubs, bars, depots and at festivals — building relationships and driving real growth.

You will join a high‐growth UK drinks manufacturer with real scale, strong heritage and big ambition for its own brands. The business already produces at volume — the focus now is turning that into stronger distribution and market share.

This role gives you real ownership of a region and the freedom to make an impact quickly.

The Role

A field‐led role focused on developing on‐trade and wholesale accounts, using festivals as a commercial lever.

  • Build and grow accounts across On Trade, wholesalers (e.g. LWC), free trade and convenience
  • Use festivals and events to engage customers, host key accounts and drive local sales
  • Be on the ground at events ensuring execution is right and POS is on point
  • Spend most of your time in territory opening doors and strengthening relationships
  • Turn activity into listings, rate of sale and distribution growth

Why This Role

  • Proper autonomy – manage your territory like your own business
  • Immediate impact – use your network to open doors and win business
  • Commercial focus – events are there to drive sales, not just awareness
  • Growth opportunity – join at a point where the brands are scaling fast

What Matters

  • Proven experience in On Trade and route to market
  • Strong existing contacts across wholesalers and free trade
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a field‐based role
  • Commercially focused — understands how activity converts into sales
