The Opportunity
Delighted to be working with a well-established company known for its strong brand and heritage in the UK, seeking an experienced Export Manager to join the International team. This role involves leading the International Sales Coordinators, ensuring the efficient management and coordination of all international sales orders.
With 15% year-on-year growth targeted for the International team for the next 10-15 years, this team is instrumental in making this happen!
The Role:
- Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of four, overseeing all export documentation and processes.
- Hands-on Involvement: Process orders and complete export documentation to a high standard, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiencies and improvements within the team and export operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external organizations to maintain a vital link within the international supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of export documentation.
- Lead and mentor the International Sales Coordinators team.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
