Our client are looking for a Quality and Compliance Officer either on a permanent or part‑time basis.
This role is hybrid and you must be able to travel into York.
About the role
- Coordinate and manage the organisation's global quality management system, ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and consistent implementation of policies and procedures.
- Act as the companies Data Protection Officer, serving as the primary point of contact for data protection matters and supporting compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
- Maintain and develop the organisation's Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring alignment with ISO/IEC 270001 standards and supporting continuous improvement.
Key Experience Required
- Proven experience owning and running ISO 9001 processes end to end.
- Exposure to ISO 270001 (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience managing audits independently.
- Process mindset, detail‑orientated "starter‑finisher" with high levels of ownership.
- Ability to operate autonomously while influencing across departments.
