Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with a National distribution and processing group in their search for a HR System and Administration Manager.
If you are a master of HR systems and data with a passion for operational excellence and ready to take the lead in transforming HR tech and admin operations then please get in touch. This role is based in North Yorkshire and offers hybrid working.
The Opportunity
You\’ll be the powerhouse behind our clients HR systems (HRIS, LMS, Reward platforms), ensuring seamless operations, data accuracy, and policy compliance. You’ll bridge HR strategy with smart technology — making people processes faster, smarter, and more human.
What you’ll do:
- Own and evolve the HR systems
- Lead HR data integrity and reporting that drives smart decisions
- Improve processes, solve problems, and support system users
- Lead, support and develop a small admin team (2 direct reports)
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all HR admin functions
- Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Line Managers, Finance, IT, and more
