Our client is seeking an analytical and tech-savvy HR Project Lead to join their HR shared services team. Supporting nine businesses across two operating divisions, the team plays a pivotal role in delivering both strategic people priorities and high-quality shared services.
Working closely with divisional HR business partners, the HR Project Lead will help embed project management into the people strategy, drive process improvements, and deliver transformation projects that improve the employee experience and create real business value.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead HR process improvement initiatives, with a focus on simplification and user experience.
- Optimise the use of existing HRIS and digital tools (experience with iTrent is a bonus).
- Analyse HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Provide project leadership for key people priorities such as engagement, performance, reward, and talent.
- Modernise and streamline HR operations and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support the rollout of a job grading and levelling framework to enhance career development pathways.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legislative changes.
- Upskill teams in using technology to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Work with the Chief People Officer and divisional HR leads to deliver shared people goals.
