The role has been created as a genuine deputy to the Head of HR, offering the opportunity to influence strategy whilst maintaining hands-on involvement in complex operational and transformation activity. Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of HR services across a multi-site organisation. Act as a trusted adviser on complex employee relations, employee engagement and organisational change matters. Support significant growth activity including TUPE transfers, school integrations and workforce transformation projects. Oversee payroll, pensions, compliance and people operations. Drive continuous improvement across HR systems, processes and reporting. Act as deputy to the Head of HR and provide leadership across the wider HR team We're looking for an experienced HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong operational and strategic HR experience. Significant employee relations expertise within a unionised environment.
