Established eight years ago, the business is entering a transformative phase with a newly appointed C – suite board and is now seeking a dynamic HR professional to help shape its people strategy and support future growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building culture, performance, and process from the ground up. The Opportunity Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Lead and manage a small HR team, including a Labour Manager and HR Administrator Drive employee engagement and foster a positive, inclusive culture across multiple project sites Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning Develop and implement core HR policies, processes, and systems Deliver performance management and learning
