This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of brand strategy and reputation for a well‑known consumer services organisation undergoing an exciting period of growth and transformation. We’re looking for a senior brand and reputation specialist to lead the evolution of a national brand, ensuring it is distinctive, emotionally resonant, and consistently executed. You’ll shape the brand’s future direction, oversee how it shows up across all touchpoints, and manage all aspects of reputation, PR, and media engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end development of a refreshed brand strategy.
  • Own brand architecture, positioning, and narrative.
  • Safeguard and enhance the organisation’s reputation through PR and media relations.
  • Manage agency partners across brand, PR, and communications.
  • Oversee crisis communications planning and escalation processes.
  • Integrate brand strategy into acquisition, retention and B2B programmes.
  • Use insight, data, and sentiment analysis to guide decision‑making.
  • Support executive visibility through thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • Significant experience in brand leadership within a customer‑facing organisation.
  • Extensive experience in PR and media relations and understand strong, positive media sentiment can develop brand.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, emotional engagement, and integrated marketing.
  • Strong capability in reputation management and media engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence at senior levels.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a hands‑on approach.
