Our Client is delighted to be supporting a well-established, growing organisation seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to lead and shape the people agenda across a multi-entity group. This is a senior role, reporting into the executive team, with responsibility for the full HR function and for embedding strong, modern people practices that support business growth and a positive employee experience.
What You'll Do
- End-to-end responsibility for the employee lifecycle across the group, including:
- Strategic and operational HR leadership
- Employee relations and employment law matters (including change and M&A activity)
- Policy development and compliance
- Reward, benefits and EVP development
- Learning, development and talent initiatives
- Coaching and upskilling managers in effective people management
- Oversight of HR systems, payroll, data integrity and GDPR compliance
- Managing external HR-related suppliers
- Providing regular reports and insight to the Board and senior leadership team
You will play a key role in ensuring the organisation continues to be a great place to work while remaining compliant, efficient and forward-looking.
What You'll Bring
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred but not essential)
- An experienced generalist HR professional with strong employment law knowledge
- Confident working with senior leaders, Boards and executive teams
- Highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable leading projects
- An excellent communicator, able to influence and coach managers at all levels
- Experience as a standalone or group HR lead, ideally within a growing or multi-site organisation, will be highly beneficial.
