We’re supporting a fast-growing, international consumer business as they create a dedicated Go-To-Market Project Manager role for the first time initially on a contract/FTC. The business has grown roughly 30% year-on-year for the past three years and is scaling at pace. Product innovation and launch volume have increased dramatically — and they now need a single, accountable owner to professionalise and accelerate how products are taken to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll own the go-to-market process for new and existing products, from early concept approval and prioritisation through to live launch, marketing readiness and post-launch review.
  • Own end-to-end GTM delivery across multiple concurrent launches.
  • Bring structure and governance across Product, Marketing, Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Drive prioritisation and trade-offs based on commercial value.
  • Ensure strong positioning, pricing and channel readiness at launch.
  • Balance speed, risk and quality without waiting for full certainty.
  • Embed a repeatable, scalable GTM framework.

About You

You’ll likely come from a go-to-market, product launch or commercially focused project role within a fast-paced, scaling organisation. You’re comfortable operating with ambiguity, managing senior stakeholders and taking true end-to-end ownership.
