The Business: Nigel Wright are delighted to be working exclusively with a fast‑growing, design‑led consumer brand group, looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of customer engagement across multiple digital brands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, ambitious business where you’ll play a key role in driving growth, loyalty and customer lifetime value. This role is on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the full CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle
  • Manage automated and manual email campaigns across multiple brands
  • Create targeted segmentation and personalisation using data‑driven insights
  • Lead creative briefing for templates, assets and copy
  • Collaborate with marketing, design and external partners to deliver cross‑channel campaigns
  • Own day‑to‑day management of the Klaviyo platform
  • Monitor KPIs, report on performance and optimise ROI
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and data accuracy
  • Support and upskill wider marketing team members where needed

The Person:

  • 5+ years’ experience in email marketing/ECRM
  • Strong Klaviyo knowledge
  • Confidence with tracking
  • Excellent copywriting and design sensibility
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
