The Business: Nigel Wright are delighted to be working exclusively with a fast‑growing, design‑led consumer brand group, looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of customer engagement across multiple digital brands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, ambitious business where you’ll play a key role in driving growth, loyalty and customer lifetime value. This role is on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the full CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle
- Manage automated and manual email campaigns across multiple brands
- Create targeted segmentation and personalisation using data‑driven insights
- Lead creative briefing for templates, assets and copy
- Collaborate with marketing, design and external partners to deliver cross‑channel campaigns
- Own day‑to‑day management of the Klaviyo platform
- Monitor KPIs, report on performance and optimise ROI
- Ensure GDPR compliance and data accuracy
- Support and upskill wider marketing team members where needed
The Person:
- 5+ years’ experience in email marketing/ECRM
- Strong Klaviyo knowledge
- Confidence with tracking
- Excellent copywriting and design sensibility
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
