Perhaps you're between roles, specialise in interim HR support, or have capacity to help with a focused Employee Relations project? We're seeking an Interim HR Advisor to join a busy organisation in County Durham for an initial 6-week contract, providing hands-on support with a range of Employee Relations casework. The Role Working closely with the HR team, you'll take ownership of a varied ER caseload, providing practical and compliant advice to managers while ensuring cases are progressed efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Managing a range of Employee Relations cases including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters * Advising and coaching managers on HR policies and procedures * Supporting investigations, hearings and outcome meetings * Ensuring accurate case documentation and records are maintained * Providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR guidance * Assisting with wider HR projects as required during the assignment About You * Previous experience in an HR Advisor or equivalent HR generalist role * Strong Employee Relations knowledge and hands-on case management experience * Confident working independently and managing a busy caseload * Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision * CIPD qualification desirable but not essential * Available to start at short notice What's on Offer? * Initial 6-week assignment with immediate impact * Circa £17.50 per hour plus holiday pay * Hybrid working with up to 3 days onsite in County Durham * Ideal opportunity for an interim specialist, consultant, or HR professional between permanent positions If you're available immediately or becoming available soon and would like to hear more, we'd love to speak with you.
