The Role: The role is highly technical, data-driven and analytics focused, it lends itself to a technical individual rather than creative. It will encompass website management, lead generation and day-to-day user experience changes and improvements. There is a real need for a Digital Specialist to join the team, data driven, technical minded with a commercial mindset. Monitoring performance and improving lead generation. You will need to take ownership of the site; previous WordPress experience would be advantageous, day-to-day changes to pages and forms, SEO and analytics. Looking for experience with trend forecasting, data analysis and reporting, some exposure to PPC from an execution point of view alongside agency liaison and ROI. Building customer journeys through email marketing, driving change and accelerating visibility of the brand and website.
The Person: You are technically driven with a commercial mindset, able to 'hit the ground running' and provide data insights from the start. You will enjoy drilling the data, gaining insights, driving numbers and reporting to the team and wider business. Culturally you will enjoy working in a dynamic and supportive environment. The team and business are growing and evolving and you will need to demonstrate a dynamic attitude and growth mindset. Hybrid with 2 days in the office, a really flexible culture, fun working environment.
