We’re partnering with a highly successful, fast-growing business looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of customer acquisition strategy and performance across multiple digital channels.

This is an opportunity to join a commercially focused organisation undergoing significant growth, where digital marketing plays a key role in driving leads, enquiries and revenue.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy, optimise performance and influence senior stakeholders, while remaining hands‑on in delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies that drive measurable growth across paid, organic and owned channels.

  • Lead PPC strategy and optimisation across Google Ads and paid social platforms.
  • Own SEO performance, improving organic visibility, rankings and website traffic.
  • Drive customer acquisition across all digital channels, continuously improving lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Manage agency and third‑party relationships to maximise marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities and make data‑led decisions.
  • Work closely with commercial, sales and operational teams to align marketing activity with business objectives.
  • Manage website performance, CRO initiatives and marketing technology platforms.

  • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or Performance Marketing role.
  • Strong PPC expertise with a track record of delivering ROI and revenue growth.
