The Business: Working with a professional services business in Leeds who are looking to recruit into the Marketing Team. The Digital Executive will work with the departments, units and sector groups, as well as the others within the Marketing and Business Development teams, to play a key role in planning and publishing a stream of digital content. This is a hybrid role within a fast-paced and growing business. The Role: This role requires you to play a key role with data, use it to upskill, learn and improve – it will be metrics focused and require you to be technically savvy. The role involves creating awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads through SEO enhancements, PPC, and targeted social media campaigns. This individual will collaborate with other marketing team members and engage with fee earners to align content with business objectives, delivering data-driven solutions and campaigns. Campaign optimization and reporting are essential to ensure continuous improvement of marketing activities, maximize ROI, and provide actionable insights for future digital marketing efforts. The role also lends to a creative background where proficiency with Canva is necessary to adapt and modify templates, ability to adapt content and guide on campaigns. The Person: Confident written and verbal communication skills Technically savvy, and proficient in the use of packages such as Canva Ability to generate ideas for content and campaigns and utilise tools and systems to support the creation of these Strong skills gathering, interpreting and presenting data to tell a story and improve our digital performance and ROI. 2-3 years in a similar role, able to demonstrate good business understanding, be considered in your approach and attentive to the wider business.
