Customer Operations Representative Northeast – Remote Start, Office Nov/Dec – likely Stockton-on-Tees or Middlesborough - TBC

We are working with a dynamic, design-led lingerie and apparel brand that blends the agility of a boutique business with the reach of a global manufacturer. Responsibilities
- Enter orders into Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with precision
- Prepare invoices, credit notes, and related documents
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate fulfilment
- Complete delivery templates and onboarding forms for major accounts
- Respond to customer queries regarding orders and shipments
- Liaise with logistics and finance to resolve issues
- Follow workflows for label creation, packing list updates, and order edits
- Maintain accurate product and customer data
- Flag recurring issues to the Customer Success Manager
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in customer service, order processing, or sales support
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or similar ERP)
- Strong Excel skills (vlookups, formatting templates)
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Working with large retailers or marketplaces (e.g. Zalando, AboutYou)
- Exposure to B2B logistics or 3PLs
- Familiarity with label/document automation tools like BarTender
