Nigel Wright are excited to be working exclusively with a growing consumer brand on the lookout for a CRM Executive.

This role will play a pivotal part within the marketing team, by leading the charge on driving all promotional activity across the website & CRM ecosystem.

Key channels will be; Website, Email, Affiliates, SMS.

The Role:

  • Channel ownership of all CRM comms to drive traffic and purchases from the website.
  • Build and optimise automated and segmented flows based on consumer actions and behaviours, plus run all promotional/blast campaigns to the appropriate consumer segments.
  • Full campaign analysis and considered test and learn optimisation will also a key part of this work-stream.
  • The role holder will be doing everything on email/SMS, full accountability required for results.
  • Create, execute and analyse all promotional communications (offers, promotions, launches) that are running on the website.
  • The role holder will work collaboratively with the Senior eComm Manager to scope and build the annual promotional calendar.
  • You will need to bring forward experience of running and creating email and SMS campaigns.
  • Execution of on-site promotional activities and ability to accelerate results.

The Person:

  • Seeking 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally consumer.
  • You will be a highly organised individual, able to create and follow process with the ability to react in real-time.
  • Able to write SEO brand specific content in suitable TOV.
  • Agile and willing to learn and grow – this environment is commercial, fast paced dynamic – You need to thrive in a collaborative workplace.
  • Fun, supportive working environment – You will spend most of the week on-site and enjoy being with your team!
